Nov/29/19 I booking a room at Holiday Inn in Miami for May/01/20 to May/06/20 however Cancelon canceled my booking in Jan/14/20 without advance notice, until now I did not have refund, I sent a quite few email without any reply, the tel not answered, be carefully Cancelon website still working to cheat more people. I had a hotel reservation made through Cancelon and they cancelled my reservation without my knowledge or permission due to the pandemic and didn't refund my money. The hotel wouldn't honor the reservation because the money was sent back to Cancelon.

Needed to cancel my hotel and the customer service number says it has been cancelled ! Trip advisor uses this 3rd party co. and it is A SCAM !!!! Now I have no way of getting my money back except plea w my c.card to refund me.

I booked a hotel in San Francisco through this company and we tried to cancel the booking. The company was not answering my emails so I dug a little deeper and found out they are out of business.

I am requesting a full refund on my reservations for the following reservation because we have had to cancel our trip due to the Hotel being closed until September. Our check in Aug 21, 2020 / check out Aug 24, 2020 at the Capitol Skyline Hotel. The Hotel is closed until September due to Covid 19 and I am unable to reach anyone at the hotel. I sent a message 3 days ago and received no response. I paid over 300 and need this money back asap. Please let me know when I may see this refund on my credit card. Thank you, Stephanie Masten

Cancelled reservation, was not notified and no refund .......Booked hotel room on Trivago website on 2/29/20 for July vacation and got confirmation/hotel voucher from Cancelon. Contacted hotel directly to cancel due to Covid in June and was informed by the hotel that my reservation was cancelled by HotelBeds.com on 4/8/20 so I would need to contact HotelBeds.com. Emailed Trivago who states they are a search engine with many third party booking agents and hotels therefore I should contact my third party booking agency Cancelon. Cancelon’s telephone number is disconnected and it’s website has been deactivated. I have left several telephone messages for HotelBeds.com as a live person never answers. No one from HotelBeds.com have responded to my messages. I have been looking at reviews for both Cancelon and Hotelbeds.com including BBB and every single review has been terrible with many of them having had their reservations cancelled. Both Cancelon and HotelBeds.com are scams and Trivago is complicit in continuing their affiliation with them and should be considered a scam organization as well. Will never book through them again!!!

No refund andtried to charge me twice

Tried to cancel my booking. Website advises they have gone bankrupt. I got my bank to dispute the charge. I then got an email from cancelon asking why. I replied and got auto response email that they have closed down. My bank advised they have denied my claim because the fine print on their T&C says they can even though the cancelation policy on their booking voucher clearly states I should get a refund. They then tried to re charge me the accommodation again but the bank stopped them. They have contacted me since and asked for me to send a photo of my passport and all my bank details. Sound like they are moving from defrauding travellers to identity fraud. Charlatans and possibly criminals.
